No, these are for building into a Windows CD. For a running install, http://www.wsusoffline.net/ is probably what you want.

My discs have been averaging around 1.7gb. DVDs are absolutely fine unless your machine only has a CDROM -_-

No, it works fine on Home. I use it in RVMi 1.6 with NR_UPHC_Addon.cab, Stimpy_JD976_DotNetFx_3in1_Addon_v2.2.7z, and Kels_Runtimes_addon_v5.1.rar addons + driverpacks afterwards without any problems.

I've done these without any problems with an integrated SP3 disc onto a regular sp2 install. Never on one that had been installed with an integrated disc originally, but it shouldn't make a difference.
