datarelm, why do you say that. We help each other regarding compatibility, don't mix Integrator/nLite with nuhi/Ryan ;)
But also if you have issues related to nLite then report them on my forum, I saw this by accident.

RaGhul, I never said to anyone that he removed too much. Maybe related to the addon, but not too much. Because it's made that you can remove all and it still works. Anyway post the exact steps of the problem on the nLite forum and I'll try it, but every time I say that that person never replies. Mea...

RaGhul, while I don't have any objection to an addon objectively do tell what is wrong to IE integration in nLite, you can send me a PM or post on nlite forum.
Works fine for me and majority of users. If you disabled direct integration it won't integrate.

Try with and without the CAB merging, but that only makes difference if you use nLite to integrate RVM.

Best would be to continue this discussion on the nlite forum. It IS sp2 over sp1 problem.

Ok, basically why I was confused by the speedup claim is because I wouldn't even consider not recompressing while we are talking about updating it.

orcoxp, show me where do I defend myself? I said, oh this is getting boring, I'm not sure why but I got few reports and that's all it takes to me. If I'm too easy on my users then let it be but please stop putting words into my mouth, and don't be so offensive.

orcoxp, yeah sure, I never said that I'm positive about it, just received a few reports.
But judging from your signature you probably see me as something bad so no point in explaining anyway.

MrNxDmx, there could be more requests like this one from Sereby if it wasn't like this for a last year, year and a half.
If you find a size difference let me know and I'll put an option for it.

nlite merged cabs for a first half-year, then I changed it so it looks more like a original.

Siginet, how could it be faster?
I still recompress both, just keep newer file in one of them where it is by default.

Siginet, do you know what you're saying. Only reason to remove that footprint is to hide that you used nlite (hint illegal corporate usage). It's not about him not liking the way it looks.

I know what he ment and I don't like this one bit. Only purpose would be to hide what you used.

Basically I don't remember exact people but 2 requests to return it to default seemed reason enough.
nLite deletes older files from the cabs so it's all the same. And Sereby don't quote me in your arguments.

Ah I see what is the issue with nLite and notepad++. If you don't enable reports it will automatically skip notepad.ex_ because of the virtualy older version. From the reports I got over the years the most common cause for first logon BSOD were SATA/RAID drivers. Did you integrate those? JSe, nice info. My solution was removing entries from INF's calling those files since they are already copied where they should by txtsetup.sif. Detected them while configuring a year ago. However for some reason that wasn't enough to solve icfgnt.dll error, only manual install other missing files. ...
