I'm not sure if a report from an nLite user helps (1.4.1), but I have not gotten the Kabul issue on either B3 or B4. I only integrate more MS hotfixes (none time-zone related, AFAIK), directx, and simple config addons (select all and hidden files toggles, startup, msconfig, and regedit control panel...

Will there be a beta 4 of the Update Pack to accompany this, since there's been some new fixes added and some issues worked on/resolved?
