ive never had any problems with a OOBE being disabled/skipped using this POSReady update addon...
i find it works quite perfectly to be honest and my OOBE appears ok with every install..

@ dibya... silent switch for .net pack of Abodi86

just make a RunOnce addon with it
For 100% silent install use: /ai /gm2

also make sure you have c++ 2005 installed before .net pack installs
