This may sound like a dumb question: How do I download the PATCHES-V3.1A.zip file in Harkaz's Google Drive? When I click on it, the contents of the zip file are displayed. At first I thought I needed to download the files one by one (tedious, but whatever), and I can't even do that. Nothing at all ...

The v3 will be the final version of SP4, so it will include all updates until its release and I'll take the time needed to include all .NET FW updates as well. It's difficult to fix everything you report to me, but I'll try to address most of these issues. Would you consider releasing a vanilla ver...

If the demand is present, do you suppose a "vanilla" version of the Service Pack 4 could be produced without IE8, .NET Framework and the like?

I did try that. IE8 never uninstalls cleanly, and doesn't leave a functional IE6/7 as a result. Thus my trying to avoid having it integrated in the first place.

Apologies if the information has already been posted.

If I want to integrate Service Pack 4 into XP install media, but not include Internet Explorer 8 (Leave IE6 or 7 intact), is that possible with a command or something?

I tried integrating the various update packs using a Windows XP x64 virtual machine (found that easier than using real hardware), and all has been successful. Aside from one small hiccup. I integrated Service Pack 2 and this update pack into the same Dell OEM SP1 source. This time installation compl...

There's no shortage of Windows XP computers in this house, so I'll try again using one of those. I actually don't use an antivirus, so I think as nLite is concerned, I should be OK. Here are the files from the previous XP x64 attempt: Last Session: http://www.mediafire.com/download/5ap27gtbvw79j70/L...

Yes, that's right. I use Windows 7 64-bit. I don't know how I ever expected a 64-bit update pack to work on a 32-bit source. Sorry about that. As for Server 2003 x64, it was R2. I didn't test it in anything other than VMware. Is there any discernible differences between R1 media and the R2 disc 1? I...

Those versions of the update packs are the same ones that I have. The first couple of attempts I added the update packs to nLite simultaneously, so they weren't integrated in that order. So I tried again, this time adding them one by one in that particular order. When I boot from the resulting ISO, ...

Hello. Noob here with a question. I used nLite to integrate the XP x64 update pack, IE8 add-on and Server 2003 add-on into clean Server 2003 with SP2 media. When I boot from the resulting ISO in VMware, I get this error: http://s25.postimg.org/649ah7ckf/2003_error.png I have tried: - Re-downloading ...
