I have been using your slipstreamer boooggy to build my unattended and have been for a while without issue. Because of my past issues I stopped using the RVM Integrator and only tried nLite for everything else. I ran your slipstreamer last. Only adding the IE7 to the mix does the new problems show up.

I checked the Config.NT file and both look the same. The only difference that I can tell is the one without IE7 defaults to notepad for viewing but the one after IE7 does not. I just shortened it..I downloaded it from here..

BTW...I have been using this patch as well as the other ones for months and the issue only showed up with 2.12 I have not tried the AIO version only the seperate cabs.

I integrated the Windows Installer and i got the same error. I am going back one Update Pack revision and I will try it again. It is probably some microsoft update that is killing it. I will report back. Thanks once again.

I just created a fresh build of WXPSP2 and WFP is still broke...My cleanup command fails and if i try to manually delete the files, they come back after next reboot. I even got desperate enough that i built another fresh copy and used nlite and selected to patch sfc_os.dll and it didn't work either....

Aserone, thank you very much for finding this fix...My unattended installation is NO longer broke. Everything is working like it did before the newest update pack. One of the new updates from Microsoft must check or overwrite that file. It works perfect, thanks once again.

I use the integrator, i personally don't like nlite. It is a fresh SP2 with redownloaded updates and packs. I also use the driver packs but on the last couple of installs I left them out just to make sure.
