I have successfully implemented a replacer function in Reg2Inf version 0.24, but I can't seem to find a qualified list of INF variables anywhere... - Can anyone please provide a list ? (eg: %1642% = %ProgramFiles%) this actually day one for me in doing INF files, but i don't think xable's links are...

That order is correct. You've been here long enough to know by now--to have seen quite a few posts asking the same question. Believe what you already seem to know. ;) The only advice I can give you is not to get carried away adding things with the Integrator, or taking things away with nLite. Test ...

what's the best order of mods to build a stable XP cd?
i usually do things in this order:
RVM Integrator
NLite
Driverpacks

good sir, i assure you i did not mean any disrespect. on the contrary, i feel it is important to show respect when i demand it, a lesson you could do well to learn. ....and ryan's addon includes ZERO regs for 892130. the reason i give Ryan credit is because although it would be very easy for me to c...

a.) an addon of this type would serve no functional purpose b.) if you benefit from the time that nlite saves you, and the ease with which it performs complex tasks, removing the tiny footprints is just plain immoral. sounds like you're not working with a clean source. neither Ryan's update pack nor this addon pack do that. to see if autologon is enabled, open up winnt.sif which is located in the i386 folder of your source. scroll down to the [GuiUnattended] section and see if there's an entry which says: AutoLog...

i agree with your observations about %temp%. i guess all that's needed then is a double-check to see if cleanup was successful? if there are file-access issues with removing the temp folder, then moving it would be a very good idea i think. if not to %temp% then to somewhere at the root of the drive...

bug with Integrator 1.4 and a request for a small change
why isn't there a forum for the Integrator? anyways, here's the deal: Integrator 1.4 sometimes fails to cleanup after itself, leaving a "rvmtemp" folder inside the I386 of your source. could you please set the default working directory of Integrator to %temp% instead so that if it fails cleanup is d...

Meh, suit yourself. That being said, I think people would be better served with a pure KB892130 addon rather than a hacked up KB905474 addon. it is only 892130. as far as being "hacked up" it's not exactly a complex addon to modify, it consists of 4 files and took me 5 minutes. did you even look at...

[Release] RyanVM's WGA 1.5.540.0 addon without KB905474
I know there are other WGA addons that do exactly the same thing, but I like Ryan's method so I modified his RVMAddonsWGA_1.5.540.0.7z and removed WGA Notifications (KB905474) from it. damage done: ini and inf modified, wgalogon & wgatray removed. always use the newest RVM Integrator. Ryan gets all ...

update pack 2.1 and wga
i understand why wga notifications was removed, it's a bastard of an update....but why did you take out "normal" wga too? the single MAIN reason i started using your pack ryan was because of the nice clean legitcheck integration. the FIRST time i ever modified your pack was when you included wga not...
