My initial Idea was Home/Pro/2000/ME but thats just became Pro for now. I will at some point in the future make one that is Pro/Home/Ubuntu(Linux) but thats a tough learning curve!

Congratulations to all the guys that do make multiple disks, i find it hard enought sometimes keeping errors out of 1!

You should :) DSL and DSLN (larger version) are 50MB and they can both run from USB tho I always used them from CD. They should definatly be part of any repair persons kit.

This may be a partial solution. RyanVM(A)- Critical. RyanVM(b)-Optional, RyanVM(C)-Custom.... In this case it may be easier for you to break it apart and then rework it. And in the end hopefully create a whole thats worth more than its' parts
