XIII's, I have the same problem with my Creative Zen 8GB MP4 Player, I Can't Install it properly... And One other thing is on my internet explorer... http://runonce.msn.com/runonce3.aspx (this is for the first time I run IE right?) I'm getting stuck here... sfc_os patching seems to be not applied correctly on latest nlite build.

Or Maybe your XP has corrupted files...
Try a fresh XP and integrate the service pack (SP3 5512)
and post your result.

for an alternative temporary fix

put napclientprov.mof and napclientschema.mof (extracted) on the root directory of your cd

the setup will finish successfully....

as i said before i do integrate only sp3 (5503) and wmp11
