I noticed that the "cmdlines.txt" in the $OEM$ folder has the
line Runonceex.cmd without quotes.
Does that matter, or should I add quotes to it before testing a install ?

After replacing the corrupt dll file I no longer get the error message.
Setuperr.log is clean, except for the "Setup failed to enumerate" thingy.
