Problem after adding Winnt.sif

This isnt really update pack related although i thought it was from various testing. I have a 2.1.7 ryanvm integrator'ed source folder. Works fine WITHOUT winnt.sif As soon as I add it, no matter how bare it is. XP fails to startup. I get the black splash screen, then nothing. Restart, can work in s...

Wouldn't help. Sounds like you're not starting with a truly clean installation source to me. Exactly.... Ive gotten the 3% title as well and ill explain how it happened. Using the Integrator to make an iso, it will sometimes pick up a random INI in your working directory for some odd reason. INI's ...

I leave SFC on. I have a batch at the cmdlines.txt to copy the i386 folder to the windows dir, which is a measly 300 megs, and apply the appropraite registry entries to look for it there. As seraph said, with hard drives getting bigger and bigger whats 300 megs, plus with it mirror on the drive, all...

Possible issue with WZC and TCPIP

anybody use ryanvm's 2.1.5a and use a wireless network with the basic windows wireless service(wireless zero client service). For whatever reason my installations refuse to work. The network adapter installs fine, but the WZC will not find any networks. It will instead put all available networks int...

To throw an odd twist into the mix. Ive checked using bios, and asus probe(not the best methods) to monitor voltages with various devices plugged in. No change in anything no matter what load it has... BTW.. Antec True Power 550W So i dont thin anything is underpowered Using Memtest, both sticks of ...

Back to the drawing board. Im beginning to think this issue has nothing to do with and addon pack, and is a serious hardware issue. I have tried using Old *WORKING* xp discs to format my computer and sometimes they work, sometimes i get missing files, sometimes from the same disc.... Ive tried 3 dif...

Maybe its possible that while using a 2.14 version of XP, there is difficulty continuing progress..... Ive troubleshooted many other factors, tried integrating working folders on different hard disks (2 sata, 2 sil 0680 ide disks). Ive tried Integrating Inside a Virtual Machine. Ive used nLite, Nero...

Sometimes I get file copy errors.... file is on the disc, but corrupt. All files are fine in the working directory. Ive had the best results using nero, wether burning to disc or creating ISO. Ive tried on a test computer and on a VMachine.

[Hardware Issue] Severe Problem AFTER integration, creating ISO

I though for the longest time it had something to do with my hard disks.... It seems that the integration process is fine... either with nLite or Ryan's Integrator. All files check out, I use WPI for post install and 7zip to test the consistency of all compressed files. Now I have been making these ...
