On some systems i have disabled USB3 support at boot time, and i
have succesfully booted with mine's XP Live - Bart PE (usb stick).
But not all BIOS'es let you disable USB3 support at boot time.

And also you need to add right XP sata drivers into yours XP install build.

It seems that blocking execution of GoogleUpdate.exe nothing happens,
no file extracted, no temp files
and ChromeStandaloneSetup.exe process quick exit.

Anybody knows how to extract files/chrome.7z from ChromeStandaloneSetup.exe ?
(without to launch install then capture files!?)

I have tried almost everyting that i know, but just one 102~ file is all that I get.

Run MacTypeInstaller_2013_1231_0.exe /extract to extract the msi and the rest of files into one folder(0930358), then create one silent installer (mactype.msi /qn or msiexec /i mactype.msi /qn). You can set language by adding Language=2 at end of MacType.ini file (look into 0930358 extracted folder).

Not from french. Is just a short name (8.3) abreviation from Mozila Firefox for sfx executable compressed into svcpack addon.

In my opinion, VC 7 can be added too, this will not be updated anymore. Also old vb runtimes to ashure backward compatibility with old programs.
