It seams that there is a problem in installing the newly-released security update for the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (KB2446704). Running XPSP3 with latest pack 4.4.0 with only Windows Search removed via "WDSearch = Off" method.
Any solution?

This is an all-in-one update pack but you can remove the stufs you don't need. Take some time to read the posts. Use RVM Integrator to integrate and then use nLite if you wish.

Why not try the Windows Search remover addon? shon3i. :?:
It will completely remove Windows Search and also saves you some disk space, if you're using CD to i nstall Windows.

I'm using that DotNet addon with this update pack for a while without any problem. Pasha_ZZZ, Have you really tested that? We should not use that DotNet addon with this XP Update Pack? I'm using it and don't receiving any error messages in any part of installation. :?: :!:
