Do you have Windows Messenger installed?
no, from what i read its using outlook,(i never install messenger) have tried it though no change.

bob, do the remote assistance requests work properly if you install RDC6 after the fact?

no, as soon as rdc6 is installed the requests don't work, all is ok without it added and with the old version rdc5.1 on machine.the new version seems to close/secure some setting?

The reason I am trying to delete this hotfix is because when implemented I cannot connect to a windows remote assistance request like before, it changes some service or setting whatever, (I have searched to no avail) I’m not very good at this but trying to help others when I can is important. If I am understanding this correctly, for removing hotfix kb925876 from Ryanvm’s update pack 215a,or 216 I would delete entries in RVMUpPck.inf relating to the hotfix kb925876, also cat file kb925876 , plus entries tsgqec.dll, rhttpaa.dll, mstscax.dll, mstsc.exe, aaclient.dll, mstsc.chm, rdesktop.ch...

mmc 3

just to confirm new mmc 3 and diskeeper 9 or 10 i get snap-in errors like
above, but also get the same error when i do the right click my computer
and manage......is there any other mmc 3 issues?
