Recently had a BenQ LCD monitor die only 18 months after purchasing it (hopefully it will be repaired under warranty). In the meantime, I'm thinking of purchasing a Samsung LCD. Its the shellstyle of theme you're using. As "d" said simply overwrite with a luna shellstyle. Or you can get stylebuilder and edit it.

Noticed in the 2.01 pack you include wuweb.dll, however there are no entries in dosnet_files, txtsetup_files, or register.dll for the file (placing it in \system32)
