Add Bootvis to the Full Pack?
OK guys, I'm toying with the idea of adding Bootvis to the Full Pack. It would add about 500k to the download size. Do you guys still use it? Is it worth adding in your opinion?
Shouldn't have much of an impact on the install speed. It's just one more file that would need to be extracted from the CAB archive by the INF.

Microsoft stopped making Bootvis available for download and claims it has no noticable effect on boot times. It seems that at best it is of very limited use, and most users don't want it or need it. I suggest keeping it out of the Update Pack. If someone really wants it, they can add it themselves later.
My 2 cents.

Honestly I don't use BootVis anymore, not because it doesn't do anything (M$ LIES), but because I now just run the defrag task that BootVis does manually. In case you don't know the command, here it is:
rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
This effectively does the SAME thing as BootVis without need for the application. What I WOULD like to see, although I don't know if it's legal (although it's freeware) is to have a bunch of utilities from SysInternals. If you use PageDefrag you can then make sure your page file and registry hives are always defragmented (every boot if you choose to).

PsShutdown is already in the pack
I've been toying with the idea of including Process Explorer as well.
I'm going to close this topic now, as the answer to the question is a resounding no. Thanks guys
