Advise to you people. Only download pack once and use update packs when they are available. Use a download manager to avoid interupted downloads. Back-up your stuff and use local copies.
I know some people out there who download the update pack everytime they create a new unattended install
Meaby some ip-filter system would do fine (no more then 3 downloads a month or so)
