Yes, because it's English it's not even included in the Dutch package :P

It'll tell you what process is keeping you from deleting a file. It's on the context menu when you right click a file.

now I know what id does, I will be using it all the time, stupid PC often wont let me delete folders, its driving me nuts

Unregister the DLL. Follow the link to their website from mine (you'll notice that pretty much every component in the list on my site is linked to its respective website) and you can download the WhoLockMe package, which includes a batch file to unregister the DLL.

I don't want to make a big deal out of this but there is no mention here http://www.ryanvm.net/msfn/updatepack.html about wholockme, and yes, i have refreshed the page :D
Only one mention about it here : http://www.ryanvm.net/msfn/changelog.html , but NO link to the developer's page.

Ok, i found how to remove both:
1. For wholockme - run : regsvr32 /s /u WhoLockMe.dll
2. For copy to.move to - run : regsvr32 /s /u ContextMenuExt.dll
