hey all ..
i not trying to be stupid of anything just coz i'm new .. but The Hotfix people are claiming they have some unreleased (leaked) hotfixes in their SP3 Preview Pack #5... worth checking isn't it ?

If you look back over the last few pages, you'll see that we've discussed #5 (and in fact, we've discussed most of their releases throughout the course of this massive thread). Yes, we do check their pack to see if they've got anything new that we don't

I think the directory listing script you're using is buggy...you've got IM

EDIT: OK, we've got things sorted out now

I could of sworn you knew there were 2 url`s.. well you do now.

I`m running the old script prefer it to the new one. It may have design flaws they changed a lot in the update.

If anyone knows of a better alternative to AutoIndex let me know.

885932 is on the share, but it is also downloadable from Microsoft. Even though it doesn't say in the article, it is publicly available.

Downloaded some hotfixes today, and I'm posting them to the newsgroups. I didn't extract them all, but I assume they're all english. I didn't review them either, so I don't know which is the most current version. It'd be nice if someone were to develop a utility that looked at a directory, and checked each hotfix for the most current version -- who wants to sort out 368 hotfixes by hand ?

i hate ms ^^ i recieved today 6 fixes an only 50% can be extracted! only 3 hotfixes from 3! 3 archives are corrupted 2 with a crc32 error and one which wants a disk 1 ^^

Hi Sereby, I have reported the problem here earlier.:

It looks like big crash since almost all hotfix files got corrupted or missing, and Microsoft had apparently no backup. They were re-creating all downloadable archives very slowly (this process took approx. 6 days) and according to my observation, the latest files were re-created on March 8th.

So you can download these files again now, they should be OK, the old passwords remains valid.

KB892130 is not official.

I just let WU install to WGA.

Setup created install.inf update.exe in C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\ folder.

Every thing was there but it wasn't in KB892130.exe style.
So i recompressed it and added Style1 SFXCAB on it.

With modifyed insatll.inf files update.exe reports cryto.. blah blah error.
So this hotfix can be install. It is unfoccial but it works like real one.

By the way.
Realy thanks for splitsreamed WinRAR addon.
I used that format for soo many programs in local languages.

Ah ok, i already grabed the files from SoftwareDistribution folder a while back.. just waiting to see if ms release it as a hotfix, they`ve just got the KB up.
