nope.. these files are old

Sqlxmlx.dll for example has already in sp2 build 2000.85.1117.0
but in this fix its Build 2000.85.1060.0

KB916846 - The Server Message Block communication between a client-side SMB component and a server-side SMB component is not completed if the SMB signing settings are mismatched in Group Policy or in the registry

Updates Mrxsmb.sys and Srv.sys to 2934. This fix is also publicly available from the Microsoft Download Center.

That's for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1. Windows XP SP2 includes Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 2.

Also, I don't think Ryan will include IE7RC1 until it goes final.

I'm thinking about making an addon for IE7RC1 though just to get some practice for the final version. My plan right now is use an addon for IE7 once it comes out for a month or two to make sure the kinks are worked out and then eventually roll it into the main Update Pack.
