I just bought Upgrading and Repairing Microsoft Windows (2nd Edition - October 2008) by Scott Mueller and RyanVM gets a mention on the DVD which is included with the book.

Quote on DVD from Scott Mueller "One of my favourites is the RyanVM post service pack update site........."

As you can see from the screenshot above, it was filmed in mid 2007, yet the book was finally published in October 2008.
