Any estimate for the new release? I am waiting to start a new project, but can probably just integrate the missing updates manually if it will be a while.

Onepiece has been extremely fast throughout the years, sometimes updating and posting a new pack on Patch Tuesday - but I guess everybody needs a break once in a while :)

It's better to integrate missing hotfixes manually or with Nlite for a few days..

There were only 2 updates this month anyway. 1 can be integrated with Nlite, but the other is the malicious software thing and it can't be integrated that way, but needs an addon to be made. Thanks.

I think it will be released but I don't know when: DXI development has the precedence on other stuff.

Updating MRT is easy: change MRT.exe in the pack with the new one and update the related key in .inf file with this:
MRT_Version = "4E28B496-DD95-4300-82A6-53809E0F9CDA"

guys/gals there were few updates this past patch tuesday.
deal with the minimal MU/WU prompts or update the pack yourself or integrate the hotfixes with nlite.

as Nonno Fabio has stated Onepiece is busy with other projects that have taken presidence over the updatepack for the january 2011 release. please give him some slack, in time everything will get back to normal.

i'm sure that the projects that Onepiece are trying to perfect will help us all in the long run.

patience is a virtue......

I'm making an updated SP3 unattended DVD for a relative off their RFM CD. I guess instead of waiting I'll batch load and cleanup the two updates they aren't doing through $OEM$ and guirunonce after I put 4.3.1 in.

next patch tuesday updates are scheduled for Feb 8, 2011.

hopefully Onepiece will release a new update for the users but we must have patience.

if this pack is not updated you can integrate new updates with nlite
or through svcpack install.

Also thanks for keeping a changelog of added and removed fixes. I use this list to build a localized copy of Windows XP with HFSLIP.

Probably no new releases this month.
The few hotfixes released can be integrated using Nlite

However, it is very disappointed that there is no new release this month. :(

as stated in the first post of this thread:

If you prefer a different configuration of Onepiece AIO Update Pack I suggest you to use one of the existing vanilla XP UpdatePack (you can find excellent one here: http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=25) with your preferred addons

I hope that 2 missing hotfixes won't override updatepack credit... ;)
Anyway later this month Onepiece could release an updated build anyway, if he got time.

Are these 2 new hotfixes compatible with those in AIO v4.4.0 too?

Do folks here use Kels Runtime Pack without issue with OnePiece AIO?

Oh no not at all. Onepiece is always the best updated pack that I am using now. Just a little bit sad that no update pack for current month. However, I understand that you have a life too. You spend time to build update packs for other people, and I really appreciate your hard working. Please take your time.

It seams that there is a problem in installing the newly-released security update for the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (KB2446704). Running XPSP3 with latest pack 4.4.0 with only Windows Search removed via "WDSearch = Off" method.
Any solution?
Thanks.

@cosy: Onepiece is working on it

@armond: tested now and no problems seen. If you've used a clean source, blah blah and v.4.4.0 pack only, maybe something has corrupted .net installation, I suppose.
To fix it in a running system go to Add/remove Windows Components, remove from there the whole Dotnet 3.5 then reinstall it manually.
