Do I install Ryan's Post SP3 AND user_hiddens pack or just user_hiddens?

Post by BigDaddyTX » Tue Jul 28, 2009 12:39 am

Do I still need Ryan's pack for post-sp3 to go along with the new one from user_hidden, or does user_hidden's pakc include all post SP3?

Still learning my way around these packs, etc. Having alot of fun testing various builds though.

My poor VM ware is gettign a work out!

PS - Is there a way to build hotfixes in a build of Office 2003?

For office, there is an office integrator and a hotpack (april 2009) much easier, than manually:

Or you can try OpenOffice 3.1.0, fast and reduced installation ;)

Great, so only user_hidden's latest pack would be needed for a XP SP3 install.

Thanks for hte link to the office integrator. I hadn't gotten too far yet on Office since I was focused on building my XP installs.

I actually recommend OpenOffice Portable. Its so much faster than original version. I felt the original office so slow I can't even use it. Only thing about this is it can't be put into folder that has its address path name too long or it will fail to load.
