custom Quicklaunch in XP Kels_QuickLaunch.cab edit?

Hello, I successfully used this old addon "Kels_QuickLaunch.cab" in nLite to enable quicklaunch on startup in XP, by default, it shows IE, and Outlook express.

I was wondering if there's a way to edit that addon, or another way to customize quicklaunch to pre-select the shortcuts I want available.
