I haven't run into that error. I can't find anything for it on Google. I've seen your post on MSFN concerning this as well.

I'd recommend posting to 7-Zip's official forum on SourceForge and providing much more detail than you have here. I can't find anything on it there either, but I think you're more likely to get an answer there.

just tested building a sfx using ANSI-coded config.txt. works.
so it can not be an error caused by lacking 3-byte UTF-8 head.

searched webs, i found this:
http://kervanblog.iblog.com/category/220959/235791
7-Zip: Internal error, code 105
To solve the above issue, rightclick the downloaded file and from the dropdown list choose 'Run as administrator'
considering you are requesting to extract files into system32\, an administrator account is required.

i think so. windows dir must need it.

if you are using this installer at T-13, i believe that at T-13 you have admin rights. In this kind of fact, you may try it in a VM test to check if it works.

if you are using this intaller on other occasions, i don't know any info beyond "run as administrator".

it isn't a issue with rights (not directly anyways) nor to do with 7z but with how the copy part1 +part2 +.. process succeeded.

* repeat the same copy+ command on the files.

this warning message box..

hardware installation

the software you are installing for this hardware has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with windows xp
continuing your installation of this software may impair or destabilize the correct operation of your system either immediately or in the future. Microsoft strongly recommends that you stop this installation now and contact the hardware vendor for software that has passed windows logo testing

how can make this disable and force it to install automaticlly?
