HI
Since Microsoft is stoping delivering HotFixes for free to the Windows XP Pro users is thier no one that is doing a project to resolve this issue?

The "issue" is not that there is not going to be any free updates, but rather that there are no more public updates planned at all. MS really does not want to support XP any more, period.

Yes, I have seen rumors/reports that there are going to be further updates available to certain countries or companies for a high price, but until it has actually occurred, I consider that strictly a rumor and see no reason to discuss it further. After all, with the web today and the skill of the various update pack makers, do you truly believe that if an update is made available anywhere, that it won't be distributed and that it can't be adapted to be able to be installed on any version of XP that it could be applied to?

I'm sure that if there are further updates made available that can be applied to XP, and they are leaked out anywhere, then the various update pack makers will decide whether or not to include them in their packs if they fit in with the type of updates that they choose to include, the same way that request only hotfixes are treated now.

Cheers and Regards

windows xp pos 2009 will get updates for sometime to come

When they are eventually needed people will step up.

first hurdle is to see if ms will kill the activation servers.

pe header editing will be the first step.

You'll have to hack the newer updates so they won't tell you you cannot install them on xp.

Lots of the next few updates could apply to xp butt ms will code them to tell you to screw off.

They already jerked MSE for xp and are very set on killing xp. They want it dead. There's no doubt about it.

They already are.

8.1.1 update is only optional for thirty days then you have no choice but accept it to...

I want to believe you. Do you have an official link where Microsoft says this?
