recab a directory

recab a directory

ok I'm confused....what syntax would i use to recab a directory say d:\mystuff with all the files in that directory to a cab flie when done? do I need to make a ddf file? I tried to search google for the answer but it just made my head spin

anyone have a web site that has a example ?thats all I would need can figure it out from that
