I'm back and I'm in a very bad mood

Post by Mrs Peel » Wed Aug 23, 2006 6:08 am

For those of you wondering about my absence, I had been having some serious health problems for about 3 months which culminated in surgery last month from which I am still recovering. Ryan knew of my condition but I preferred to keep it private because I don't like having a big fuss made over me.

I should be more active here in the near future, but I haven't made a single addon for about 4 months so I'm very rusty with it all and my brain is still suffering from a bit of post-op fuzziness. I should warn you all I am in a perpetually bad mood from too much enforced inactivity and I don't have much patience for anything lately (not that I had very much before).

I logged back in for the first time today to find an inbox full of silly private messages from members (mostly new ones) asking daft questions because they hadn't bothered to read any of the forum stickies and that didn't help the state of my mood any much, so a few of you might expect some bitchy replies in your inbox tomorrow.

I am quite aware that a number of my addon packs are out of date. I've been popping into the forums every now and then to check for update requests even though I've not been bothering to log in, so I've got about a dozen sitting here in my "To Be Updated" folder and will get around to them as soon as I can get my brain into gear.

In the meantime, uhmmmmmm, oh well.... just don't bug me too much cos I'll probably bite your head off.
