Issues with driver packs

Post by ozzy214 » Sat Mar 24, 2007 9:01 pm

Hello everyone...long time no see

I did a fresh clean slipstream out of a virgin sp1 xp disc. Put sp2, ryans update pack, and rogue spears net 3.0 and 2.0 update into it. Maybe something else. It installed fine on virtual and teo hardware machines.

But then I decided to use sneakys driver pack and all hell broke loose. During second part of windows install, windows was complaining about missing files and then going into a constant reboot stage. I have confirmed this only happens when adding the driverpacks

Any ideas why?

Also I used method 2 and no ksod or whatever it was LOL!:>[/b]
