MS will issue an out of cycle patch for this problem on Monday, 2nd Aug.

Looks like another out of band patch may be on the horizon due to exploit code release for a new kernel bug.

This appears to be a very busy month for Microsoft.

Yes, I have heard of that.
But it seems Microsoft havn't released any bulletin or KB Article aiming at this flaw. So maybe they will make it another out-of-band update.

There comes an update for win32k.sys this Patch Tuesday, KB2160329, win32k.sys/5.1.2600.6003, BuildDate "Wed Jun 23 13:44:24 2010(UTC)".
So probably the new bug fix is not included.

That's my guess. The exploit code was released only four days ago.
