The Windows xp USP4 users with firefox 52.9.1 installed must set javascript.options.ion;false.

Microsoft Issues Mitigation for Actively Exploited IE Zero-Day

For 32-bit systems, enter the following command at an administrative command prompt:

cacls %windir%\system32\jscript.dll /E /P everyone:N

For 64-bit systems, enter the following command at an administrative command prompt:

cacls %windir%\syswow64\jscript.dll /E /P everyone:N
cacls %windir%\system32\jscript.dll /E /P everyone:N

Undoing the workaround

For 32-bit systems, enter the following command at an administrative command prompt:

cacls %windir%\system32\jscript.dll /E /R everyone

For 64-bit systems, enter the following command at an administrative command prompt:

cacls %windir%\system32\jscript.dll /E /R everyone
cacls %windir%\syswow64\jscript.dll /E /R everyone

So, as of January 29, 2020 it appears that the link for the XP SP4 MUI packs is no longer valid. When I try to go to the decoded link it gives me a 404 not found error.

Any chance this will be re-uploaded again? Would be nice to set my XP SP4 installations to other languages.
