I would suggest this thread instead:
[*] Media Center 2005 (English) January 24 2012
AND one of the following:
[*] .NET framework 1.1-2.0-3.0-3.5 GRD/QFE TRUE addons (you need 1.1)
[*] .NET 1.1 SP1 TRUE addon for WinXP

I don't believe that this add-on has been updated in the longest time. The thread I've linked to is up-to-date as of January 24, 2012....... Hope this helps....
