[Release] Irfanview multilanguages

Here the addon for irfanview, It deals with 3 languages English, French and German. I tested it and it is very functional

FYI,

Looks like version 3.98

If you run the EXE file in the CAB and select HELP ABOUT it shows version number 3.98 and a copyright date range ending in 2005. This appears to be the latest version available at download.com etc.

Nope it's not (will check now). Newest version last time I checked was 3.98g (g for german I guess ;) they got it first). One must do a hash compare to see if it's the same and I doubt it.

I updated RougeSpears silent with the newest a time ago, the update is released "silent" but were important had something to do with thumbs in explorer I think.

The currently released version 3.98 of IrfanView has got a bug with the slideshow-functions.
This bug is fixed in the new version 3.98g.
Only we have got this bugfix, Irfan (the author of IrfanView) didn't add this bugfix at his page IrfanView.com till now...
The hash for i_view32.exe v3.98g is MD5: 1A332A150619FDCB7D2167EA5CE44ECF

So it's not the newest. ;) And many of the links (tucows tested) is not updated yet.

IrfanView is now version 4.00.

Any add-on for 4.00?
