[Release] WordWeb Lite Addon v5.00-070831

Post by Mrs Peel » Thu Feb 16, 2006 8:26 am

Just whipped this up for a friend. It's a pretty good freeware thesaurus and I've been using it for a few years for quick word lookups.

Since I rebuilt this, it will automatically find the dictionary on first run (which it didn't before)

Thanks for the headsup MarkD. They don't seem to update this very often, so I'll go grab new version now.

Cheers :)

Kewl! WordWeb is always one of the first things (among... uh, 20 of them xP ) that I install on a fresh Windows.

Thanks for the add-on, Mrs. Peel!

Anyone want to take on an update of this or (probably more correctly) gin up a new addon for WordWeb v5.2?

You know, I never joined this forum soon enough to thank Mrs Peel for all of the addons that I still use of hers. Some of those addons are still irreplaceable.

A little too late, but a heart felt thanks for your addons Mrs Peel.

Yup, even with the occasional sharp words, her contributions to this community are 'right up there'.

Wish her luck at home and school and a quick return to action here.

indeed! :)

far too often the only feedback on these (the authors) addons is a message saying this doesnt work, fix it or one saying the program is updated.. not even a thanks or a can you update your addon please..

-sigh-

It is true. Therefore those addons I am using most importantly, I am trying to thank the authors.

Maybe what we should have is a separate section where people list the addons they use. Each person can post their own topic which would list exactly which addons are used (and if the list was successful together).

(Maybe I should talk with Ryan one of the moderators about that.)
