Its not my Preview screenshot, its from the program maker ears1991 (Its a WindowBlind theme Jadero by Flahorn)

NO! you set that yourself, its just a couple of extra clicks, the sidebar looks in %userprofile%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup to see if its set to startup so if I create a startup entrie in %alluserprofile%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup the sidebar wont see its alredy set to autostart... So just did it so that you dont have any duplicate Startup.lnk
