Ctrl+F Search 700, Probably SP1 since I dont think spra0401.dll is there without it.

Code: Select all

spra0401.dll = 100,,,,,,,700,0,0,xpsp1res.dll,1,2

There is more than one [WinntDirectories] in txtsetup.sif.

The second one looks like this:

Code: Select all

[WinntDirectories]
700 = system32\mui\0401
701 = system32\mui\0404
702 = system32\mui\0405
703 = system32\mui\0406
704 = system32\mui\0407
705 = system32\mui\0408
706 = system32\mui\040b
707 = system32\mui\040C
708 = system32\mui\040D
709 = system32\mui\040e
710 = system32\mui\0410
711 = system32\mui\0411
712 = system32\mui\0412
713 = system32\mui\0413
714 = system32\mui\0414
715 = system32\mui\0415
716 = system32\mui\0416
717 = system32\mui\0419
718 = system32\mui\041D
719 = system32\mui\041f
720 = system32\mui\0804
721 = system32\mui\0816
722 = system32\mui\0C0A
723 = system32\mui\0402
724 = system32\mui\0418
725 = system32\mui\041a
726 = system32\mui\041b
727 = system32\mui\041e
728 = system32\mui\0424
729 = system32\mui\0425
730 = system32\mui\0426

It seems integration of this addon with Siginet's Integrator v1.0.1 is fine but actual installation doesn't work. I can't find the cursors in my C:\Windows\Cursors directory after installation. Also, it has no listing in the Add/Remove Programs in Windows as what the author implies as an option if installed.

I've noticed that in the change log it mentioned of a 0.01.4 version but linked file is labelled as 0.01.3 version?

Has anyone encountered any problem with this addon?

Check my post above yours. That may be part of the problem.

Change:

Code: Select all

[txtsetup_files]
%RRGInf0% = 100,,,,,,,20,0,0
%RRGCab0% = 100,,,,,,,700,0,0
%RRGInf1% = 100,,,,,,,20,0,0
%RRGCab1% = 100,,,,,,,701,0,0
To:

Code: Select all

[txtsetup_files]
%RRGInf0% = 100,,,,,,,20,0,0
%RRGCab0% = 100,,,,,,,800,0,0
%RRGInf1% = 100,,,,,,,20,0,0
%RRGCab1% = 100,,,,,,,801,0,0

How does this addon work after installation?

I'm asking this 'coz i can not find the option to select this set of cursors in the pointers tab of the mouse device in Control Panel. When i check the source folders in C:\Windows\Cursors\Contrast\Black or \White, the set of files is still in CAB format as RRG-ConCurB.CAB and RRG-ConCurW.CAB respectively.

Am i missing something or there's something wrong with my installation?

I'm using the latest version btw, version 0.01.5.

Has any one gotten this to work?

In the cab files there seems to be missing quite a lot of cursor files.
