From the computer management option its not posible yet to format as exfat format. I Hope this will possible in the future.
Tested it virtualBox. This addon is just for SP3 English. Dont know jet if it works on Sp2. I hope people will help to make
the addon better. Ore just release the better version. I hope to see exFat in the Updated packs. Well tell me if it work for you!. I did not have the time test it propper.

Yes that right. I used SP3QFE because the hotfix installed it on my system. Just tryed to keep it simple for my self to make this addonnomadturk wrote:I've a question.
Did you use the files within SP3GDR or SP3QFE?
I'ld like to replace yours with mine and then add manually to my source, if i can figure out how.
(:

Edit:
After checking version info of shell32.dll files, it turned out to be SP3QFE. (:

Hi.
BuildDates and BuildCheckSums in exFat.inf are wrong.
I put the correct ones for the qfe version here:

I think the problem is not necessarily that XP cannot access fat32 larger than 32gb. The problem is that you cannot directly *format* a fat32 partition larger than 32gb. I am using the standard driver on Windows XP, and I have two partitions that are approximately 70gb using fat32. The partitions were formatted using another program that could format bigger. This is more of an FYI for anyone who is interested. Since JkDefrag uses standard windows api calls to move data on disks, I think the limitation that UtCollector has listed above can be gotten around with that program.
Edit: Another FYI, there *is* a DOS *and* Windows Gui formatting tool here: http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/index.htm

Norton Ghost-2003 (or ver-8.x) & Partition Magic-8 Still Usable?
Can Some expert who is already using this eXFAT filesystem updatepack, confirm me the following issues (if any)?
Is the old & precious disk management tools like "PartitionMagic-8" & Norton-Ghost-2003, rendered INVALID & UNUSABLE once the earlier pack is used.
Atleast whether later NortonGhost ver-8.2/8.3 or ver-11.x is USABLE, with such systems ?
Please some expert who has experience with both the pack & the earlier tools respond.
regards
edit: corrected PM6 to PM8
