check out microsoft techcenter and also R2SETUP.CHM file in docs folder of R2 disc. u can just make an unattended install of r2, not more. u can start here: Installing or Upgrading to Windows Server 2003 R2
and dont mind the other posts, they are sweet ones who are joking

"Microsoft® Windows Server™ 2003 R2, a software update to the Windows Server 2003 operating system, makes it easier and more cost effective to extend connectivity and control to identities, locations, data, and applications throughout and beyond your organization.

Built on Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1 (SP1), Windows Server 2003 R2 takes advantage of the stability and security of the code base while extending connectivity and control into new areas. With Windows Server 2003 R2, you get the following improvements:
....bla bla bla
From WHATSNEWINR2.HTM in docs folder and also here
if it was a service pack or hotfix like thing, we could be able to slipstream or make an addon... but we cant...
edit: i have an idea of making a thread about r2, but can take time...

what i do is copy the contents of cd2 into cd1 and that way i don't have to change cd's when it asks to install the R2 component's and it all installs from cd1
