Onepiece's DirectX End-user Runtime Update (x86-x64) for Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista and Windows 7 International True Addon

TrueAddon is no more available but you can easily made it by yourself using DX's UpdatePack/AddonCreator.

DirectX update addon is not needed with Onepiece XP post-SP3 and W2k3 post-SP2 Update Packs because is already included.

The addon can be fully unistalled in Windows 7 online/offline modes:

Hi Frano35, What is not clear? download DX's UpdatePack/AddonCreator, and use the directx_Jun2010_redist.exe, the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNZse0A_Sho explains everything
