Looks like there is a bug in the new included flash player.
If i go to "Control Panel -> Flash Player -> Advanced" and under updates is see "ActiveX Version: Not installed" and "Plug-in Version: Not installed"
Some things i noticed is that this registry keys are missing:
And also that this files are missing in "C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash" folder:
Flash10p.ocx
flashplayer.xpt
FlashUtil10k_Plugin.exe
install.log
NPSWF32.dll

i may have uploaded my test pack yesterday in error.
check the chksum to match what is posted in 1st post.
i caught the version listing error on the advanced tab before i released the pack.
it is only a display and does not effect flash in any way.
like i mentioned above check the download chksum.
the files you listed are not required.

The new Flash release is not a critical update and doesn't really apply to XP since IE9 cannot be installed.

My own testing shows that Automatic Updates and the Microsoft Update website do not offer that update on XPx86SP3 with user_hidden's current update pack. Further, Microsoft states the following in MS11-041:porthos wrote:When I clicked the link it was for xp x86

Microsoft wrote:What types of systems are affected by this vulnerability?
This vulnerability only affects x64-based and Itanium-based versions of Windows operating systems; 32-bit versions of Windows operating systems are not affected.

Thanks to @user_hidden for your great work with this pack and to @5eraph for lots of testing & follow up answers people have.
I have another question please. Will this pack work on a genuine Dell SP3 disk which already has the Sata drivers installed and the key is already integraged and does not need activation when installed.
Thanks
.

@userhidden, sorry if this has been asked before, why do you include the "Internet Browser Choice" update in your pack ??, it is only for the EU people, and most of the EU people don't even need that to decide on there web browsers. and technically it's not even an update, and MS made it only to please the EU. so what is the point of having it in your pack ??
