Hey rick they made a mistake in their installer the shellstyle.dll in supposed to go into Resources/Zune/shell/normalcolor.

Give it a try and then fix your addon please.

The installer is messed up

EDIT: jdrom make sure to get v1.1, the previous version was folowing the installer and It was wrong.

Seems that Royale Noir has been finalized by Microsoft just 2 days after the incomplete one was put on the web... With an new ... name. Looks like an marketing test for me...

There are subtle differences, Eiffel. The Zune theme has orange highlights throughout, where Noir sticks with different shades of gray.

Personally, I've never been a fan of orange...

Nevertheless, this one is still going into my own rewritten Signed Themes Pack.

I've noticed. But the base theme IS Royale Noir.

About the Orange Start button, is the only thing I dislike...

Nice indeed. Thanks. But I found something else. If you know there is an Vista wallpaper with an kind of geological structure like an arch. If I use it looks great even with the Orange button, as the wallpaper contains variations of this colour.
