Updated now no longer shows the annoying adds!

New!
Now fully emulates the actuall Foxit Reader installer so you can smootly install a newer version.

Features:
All nessecary regentries are there even for printing PDF files and showing them in you browser window when a link is clicked.
This one is can be uninstalled through the add\remove programs section.

I'm getting error in reg about foxit using ccleaner to scan the register

Something to do with is line.

How about adding these reg entries? they disable the adds

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Foxit Software\Foxit Reader\MainFrame]
"ShowEditorAd_908"="0"
"ShowReaderAd_908"="0"
"ShowTypewriterAd_908"="0"
"ShowPOAd_908"="0"

you can do it through the program but it takes time as each time it opens it displays a random ad from the list.

Wooohooo! I had heard there were some reg entries for making those fugly ads disappear - but looking for them so long I was starting to fear it was just an urban legend.

Foxit has been updated to .1621 just in case you didn't know or forgot.

This build fixes some printing bugs.
It also improves the displaying quality.

And this is really a very important update. In the previous version Foxit use a lot of RAM with some PDFs with pictures. When say a lot, this is not 256 kB or so, but rather about 1 GB or more.

I had to uninstall this because the Javascript download for the beta (using the program's steps) screwed up. Caused a MS error report.

It has disappeared from winxp's "start button/all programs" but NOT from "add/remove programs". It still shows up BUT no file size is indicated.

Just figured I'd let you know.

Now I have to manually get rid of the add/remove entry. Normally xp will ask if I want to remove the entry but it's not asking that.

Hey thanks you found a actual bug! I had type "Foxit Software" instead of "Foxit Reader"...

Anyways save this as a .reg file and run it:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
