keytotime, I just reformatted, integrating your pack, and I get this weird bar at the bottom of Firefox:
http://img376.imageshack.us/img376/9597/weirdbar4so.jpg I think it's a bug in the current version of Firefox 1.5.0.2, because I noticed it before but waited until I had the chance to do a fresh install to report it. The only way to get rid of it is to delete all the 1.5.0.2 files and to install version 1.5.0.1... I very much doubt it's anything to do with your inf, since that only copies things (I modded it a bit for a quicklaunch shortcut, but nothing drastic).

Fasterfox is a well-known cause of memory leaks (stated by Mozilla themselves), I suggest not adding it.
Also, FF 1.5.0.2 was updated again today.

It's on their FTP site, but none of their official sites have made an announcement yet. I wouldn't get ahead of myself, if I were you

I've got the same question about integrating extensions into the CAB.
Using CLEO (Compact Library Extension Organizer), I've even got my "Must Haves" lumped into a single extension ... I just want to be able to add that one into the cab.
Suggestions? How-To's?

From that page:
Remarks
Note: this seems broken for FF 1.5, but will work with FF<1.5
Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

@panda67: The same thing happened to me... but only if I integrated the update pack at the same time as the rest of the addons. So I started doing this in a second step, works fine now.
1.5.0.5 Final is out.

ver. 1.5.0.6 is out... maybe it would be better if I searched for unattended switches info on the firefox installer and used it instead of an addon cab....

Are You planning on a version 2 addon KTT?
I really appreciate this actual addon version of firefox even if it is out of date. Don't know why it really matters, but I much prefer a true addon to a switchless installer, just makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside
