[REQ] 3rd Party Addon Updater

I just had an Idea...
It would be nice if there were some kind of program or something that would scan what addon packs you have from: http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=511
...and tell you if there is an updated version, or maybe give the option to even auto download the newer version.

But, I don't have the skills to write such a thing... nor do I know how many others would like something like this...

v2.0 of the integrator is planned to have options like this. ;)
