Looking into this addon: you may edit ",noload" to any drivers you won't require loading during texmode. They will remain available during device installs. where the actual setup begins ..

which actually adds more drivers to load during the text mode stage, with this method of editing the ",noload" to some of these drivers the expected results in having a smaller number of drivers loading during the text mode thus stopping these drivers from being loaded = reducing the time required for loading them ...
2. using file expands: besides the file expands for the MassStorage devices ...
the other files expands prooved to speedup noticeably the "text mode" along with any of the devices that are responsible for loading the actual "text mode" portion ...
