Where is Chinese Update Pack for SP3???

XP SP3 has been released for a long time, but we don't have any UpdatePack for Chinese, can anybody do this??

sorry, i don't have access to internet using my notepad. so i can't ensure no mistakes. i'll get home around july 10th, then a full update pack for sp3 will be released.

won't be stop again.
next semester i'll be able to have access to the internet.

and what i'm doing now is to build as more program addons as possible.

i've invented a new way for integrating WMP, which will fully overwrite WMP9. the current way is somehow like install WMP9(but with newer files), then install WMP10/11.
they will be release in summer vacation.
