Someone can post a link with addone with last version of adobe flash player and shockwave installer, becouse I can't find it!
Or just explain how I can integrate it?

Flash is part of most update packs, since it's included with Windows. For Shockwave, look here.

But I not need all pack! I need only Flash player. How I can extract and integrate only flash9.ocx?

The latest version of Flash is already in the Update Packs. beats just gave you the Shockwave installer you asked for.

And for non-IE (Firefox, Opera, Chrome, etc.), you can use this switchless installer (INF-based, so it can be easily translated to a true addon, but why use a true addon when switchless is cleaner and even saves you space?)
