[Release] AriTech Extended Character Map Addon v1.41-070919

Post by Mrs Peel » Tue Mar 07, 2006 8:49 pm

Don't be put off by the age of this old treasure, cos clever geeks know that newer is not always better.

I remove the windows character map utility with nLite and use this one instead.

Extended Character Map v1.41
Extended Character Map is just like Windows Character Map with a bigger sample display for the selected character. This program also displays the keystroke code for the selected character. If you want to copy a single or more than one character to the clipboard, you can double-click a character and the character will be added to the 'Characters to Copy' edit box. Now, characters in character map can be resized.

Enjoy (or not)

:D

[Edit 2007/09/18] Rebuilt with uninstaller, changed installation direcotory and added some basic configs

Not a single reply to this ever? Even tho this is one of the best alternative character maps out there?

Ay caramba! Yet another one added to the Nuke List cos of user apathy....

Tick-tock.... tick-tock....

This was actually nuked over a month ago, after I warned y'all that inactive posts were going to be culled, which is why I didn't bump the thread when I recoded it.

However, I have decided to offer a reprieve to my nuked releases on condition that (a few of the thousand or more) PREVIOUS users of them will come forward to state that they were using them.

I think you better read what I said on that re-directed page again, cos this was not an offer to new users who have only become interested in my inactive addons just because they are gone now.

;)
