I've updated Foxy's addon - replaced the files with the latest version 2.9.5 and updated the builddate in the ini. Here it is:

@ChiefZeke :: you do realize that the author is not around right now yes? so announcing new versions of the software wont really help till he/someone else builds an updated pack with the new version..
for that matter you may try your hand at it and see if you can update his pack, with proper credits AND a different name so he doesnt get blamed if it screws up

I assumed the author was not around but I also assumed others that had downloaded the add-on might like to know that newer versions were out and available.
Trying my hand at creating an add-on, well, that is a different matter all together.
I have downloaded and read some of the postings as to how this is done and, for now, I don't feel knowledgeable enough to make an attempt though when I downloaded the add-on in question I did notice that this one seemed to fairly simple in construction.

plenty of help if you feel like taking up the mantle (of addon making that is)
do a bit of reading, take this pack apart and see what makes it tick.. then try to update it..
if ya get stuck, yell
