It is just an amazing cursor set. All of the 15 cursors are animated and designed specially for Windows 2000/XP™: they drop semitransparent shadows. Above you can see two links to download: standard and lite version. The lite version differs from the standard one by less number of frames in animated cursor. This will allow you to avoid flickering on machines with slow graphic system. We recommend you to try the standard version first.
